As an Illinois or Wisconsin resident, a Utah Non-Resident CCW Permit will allow the permit holder to carry concealed firearms in 31 states, legally!
We are often asked why an Illinois resident should obtain a Utah concealed carry / firearm permit since they can't carry in Illinois. As an Illinois resident, you can carry a concealed firearm in 31 states with only your Utah CCW permit! That's 62% of the United States!
